Cancellation Policy
Melanated Locs by Elena understands that sometimes schedules change, therefore we require at least a 48 hour notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit/debit card is required upon booking to hold your appointment. All payment for services are non refundable. Other methods of payment include Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo. CASHAPP NOT ACCEPTED. Children are allowed if services are being rendered. Thank you for your understanding.
